Sales tax on publication orders:
In addition to the Florida State sales tax (6%), the customer must apply their county discretionary sales surtax to the order. Please follow the link for
a chart of discretionary sales surtax listing by county.
An example – Florida State sales tax is 6%. Leon County surtax is 1.5%. The total
sales tax applied to an order shipped to Leon County is 7.5%.
If the order is being shipped out of state, sales tax does not apply.
If you are a non profit organization, please provide a copy of your tax exemption certificate with your order and sales tax will not be applied.
