HB 1243 Exemption/DOH - Controlled Substance Database: Creates a public record exemption for information identifying a patient, health care practitioner, pharmacist, or pharmacy contained in records held by the Department of Health. Allows access under certain specified conditions. Stipulates that intentional disclosure of such information is a third degree felony. Similar to SB 2782. Rep.
