Return Policy:
The First Amendment Foundation does not accept returns or cancellations of any order. Customers who wish to cancel duplicative orders will be charged a 15% fee, if the publication order has not been shipped or the event has not taken place.

How to Order:

  • The First Amendment Foundation does not accept purchase orders. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PREPAID.
  • Publication orders may be completed online or mailed to the First Amendment Foundation with a check or money order. Once the online order has been completed, the credit card is automatically charged.
  • Organizations claiming tax exempt status must indicate so when prompted. The customer must also fax, mail or email the Foundation a copy of their tax exemption certificate for the order to be processed. Tax charges will not be credited to customers who fail to indicate tax exempt status on the online order form.
  • PLEASE NOTE: All orders are now subject to a shipping & handling fee. You may choose from three shipping options: standard shipping, FedEx Ground or FedEx 2nd Day Air. Orders placed with the standard shipping option will be sent via USPS Bulk Rate Mail. This option does not include a tracking number and may take anywhere from one to six weeks to reach its destination. Most customers receive their orders within a week. Both the FedEx Ground and FedEx 2nd Day Air options include a tracking number and guaranteed delivery date.
